Background,
I am a librarian and a very patient person. Through my work, I support engineers, chemists, scientists, doctors and lawyers. One of my professional duties to work with the IT group at the end user interfaces and end user training for the design of new products database. So, I'm not technologically challenged.

After receiving the phone, I was the E71x some of our non-IT professionals techie types. I gave them the phone and try not to prejudge their positions. Most were of iPhone users and BlackBerry users said that it is not very intuitive and the screen was very small. She noted that a steep learning curve just to use all the features.
I could use all the features on my BlackBerry and my friends friends Apple IPhone
