If the sound quality was acceptable, this would be a very nice phone and get 4 stars. I got my phone and immediately noticed a very poor quality audio through the headset. The external speaker was unlike his brother, when about half the volume and it is noticeable, but acceptable, distortion above that point considering the very small size and impressive volume.
I went to the local T-Mobile store and it was agreed that looked like a manufacturing defect was caused by bad quality of sound through the headset. Amazon quickly sent me a replacement, while allowing me 30 days to return the first phone, they were sent. The new phone is exactly the same problem. High moan sharp cut of some static and loud voices. I have owned many other great Nokia phones that had voice quality very good. This is a real disappointment.
