This phone is worth zero rating. Not 1. It was so bad. And he is off for any reason, while I call very important to someone whose number I did not. The battery is half full, but decided to take a break a game of chance. I turned, and it works fine now.
Other issues:
- The buttons do not click, even if it seems to work, but who are not 't click' need more pressure on the job.

I also have this phone in early May 2008 and I know nothing about modern technology .. But I know that love T-Mobile is the greatest! so I had some questions about this phone (and many have) exceeded my expectations … But this is only my 3rd Nokia phone and I'm happy, because my income is more than ever .. so you do not have a T Mobile Nokia .. the connection is love!

I had the previous generation of Nokia E62 from AT & T for 2.5 years, and updated two days back to E71x. Few notes, I will update this review as I progress.
First, both phones are similar reception - even at home, really bad at work. I blame this on AT & T, as both phones are suffering - my colleagues have no problems with Sprint / Verizon. But I pulled a 2 seconds-yr agreement with AT & T, because the friends that I speak for most of AT & T, and I worry for Nokia QWERTY more than any other brand. [If there were E71x, I would extend my contract, but prefer month to month.]
